Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • South Africa: 7–15 business days
  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 6–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 7–15 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable. Promotional free shipping may be offered from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. PawLuxe is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Although we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@pawluxego.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
